Among the fields we’re interested in (but not limited to) we suggest:

- Jewish American studies
- Southern Asian American studies
- Native American studies
- US-Canada borderlands
- Animation
- Science and technology in pop culture
- Children and YA fiction
- Specific perspectives (ecocriticism, body culture, humor and satire, political exploitation of culture, etc.)
If you are interested in applying or you have any inquiries, please send your academic cv to popmec.call@gmail.com, specifying for which areas of expertise you would like to collaborate.
