CFP: Decolonising Science Fiction Foundation Journal August 2021 issue
We’re glad to share the call for papers for the August 2021 issue of sci-fi dedicated Foundation Journal.
The editors look for articles on Afrofuturism, indigenous futurisms, as well as the work of white authors (Gwyneth Jones’ White Queen, Geoff Ryman’s Air or Lavie Tidhar’s Central Station) who are engaged in critiquing the Anglo-American tradition, and decolonisation not only in terms of race but also in the intersections with gender, sexuality, class and the (dis)abled body.
The deadline to send a paper of approximately 6,000 words is January 4, 2021.
