CFP: Gender and Empowerment in American History and Politics, USAbroad Journal
We’re glad to share the call for papers for the issue 4 of the journal USAbroad Gender and Empowerment in American History and Politics. The issue seeks to reflect on how gender interacted and still interacts with political discourse and practice at large. This means exploring not only how gender has influenced political participation and mobilization but also how gender issues have shaped and have been shaped by the society that underpins common political norms and institutions. The stated goal is to investigate the complex and multi-faceted link between gender and empowerment in American history and politics.
The deadline for 500-words abstracts is April 30, whose acceptation will be notified by May 18. The deadline for submission of full articles is September 13, 2020.
